Modifying Video.. Help me find it Please

Hi guys after a bit of help finding a video I saw on youtube, i have no idea why i want to see it so much but looked for it earlier and cant find it now, makes me want to find it more.

I think it had "project" in the title. It was about why car enthusiasts modify their cars, about car clubs and how modifying community is dying. It's an American guy narrating the video over footage of him driving down coastal roads, i seem to think the video starts with a garage door opening and a red Toyota Corolla AE86 (could be wrong there, but sure its a jap).
