Legalities in scrapping cars.

I am looking at setting up a company which breaks specific cars for parts. Are there any legalities that I should be aware of in terms of selling the parts on/scrapping the cars.

I am aware of things like the disposal of oils/petrols etc but wanted to know if there was anything else.
