insurance companies that only look back 3yrs

was speaking with bmw insurance today and lady asked about any accident claims made in the past 3 years. That took me by surprise as they normally ask 5yr history.

my accident was in Sep07 which falls outside of the 3yrs.

BMW's quote was still too high but got me thinking, are there any other companies that only look back as far as 3yrs in terms of accident history?

I thought most only asked for 3 years for claims but wanted 5 years for your motoring offences?
