Cars you regret buying
Discussion
2008 Mitsubishi Lancer 2.0DID GS3.
Poor interior, no rear visibility due to the huge spoiler, weighed 1650kg and fitted with 275mm front brakes (smaller than a Corsa), noisy VW 2.0TDI engine, climate control which either froze you to death or melted your face off, crap lights, alarm that went off when a fly landed on the car, useless door mirrors. A real piece of crap. The 1.8 Vectra I changed to was an upgrade in every way.

Clio 182. Ludicrous driving position, and a resonance at about 4000 revs just as it was getting into its stride that Renault never fixed. Should have gone straight for the Golf GTi that followed it instead of trying to save money. Also should have ignored the road tests saying how wonderful it was. Hateful car.
I once bought a Porsche 924 that I couldn't afford. Owned it for 3 hours before I had to sell. Bloody ebay.
Cars I actually owned - I've not had anything boring enough recently to warrant regret. The only cars I've ever owned that I didn't like were inherited or given to me. I guess I should have got rid of some of them sooner than I did. The Primera, certainly, that was st.
