Anyone misplaced a gold/yellow e46 m3?

One has just appeared in our close and has been left there since Thursday. (winnersh, Berkshire reg sl02)

We thought it was a but odd but we just noticed a traffic cop looking at it! So looks like it may have been stolen?

Anyone know if it's a pistonheader? Or can someone check the m3 forum?

You are just round the corner from me then. It's possible it's been stolen and left there to see if the car has a tracker fitted. If it's located by plod within a few days it's recovered and if not their collects car.
