Article in the paper about a hydrogen based fuel that is liquid at room temperatures.

Add some fuel duty on that price and we would all be back where we started, minus the CO2. Instead of fking people with the CO2 emissions argument, we can now tax water.

There's been a way round this for years. You can run a car on wood.
