Roughly how often do you need to replace consumables?

I just realised that apart from tyres, I've never ever replaced anything like brakes or a clutch!
I know this depends on the car, but let's say for something reasonably fast, how often would you expect to change consumables? And what consumables are there that need replacing?
I know it may seem a daft question, but I typically buy quite new, and typically don't keep my cars long! My other half's car is on 30k and never needed anything doing to it.

I know it varies by car, but I was just wondering as I've never done it. Say for something like a Z4 which is typically driven quite fast... What would you expect from that?Sorry I should have said outside of general servicing. Yes, the car is serviced every year, but never had brakes or anything picked up on.
Take it on a few track days - you'll soon need to replace some consumables then ... 
My 993 could use a set of standard disks in as little as three track days, though 6-8 was more typical. Pads every 4-5 days; tyres every 6-8 days.
The Elise doesn't appear to use disks at all, though they are larger than standard; pads are lasting around 10-12 days; tyres about the same or a little more.

As said, it's totally variable on driving style, car weight and usage, weather, all manner of things.
I'd expect brakes to need pads every 20k-40k and discs every 30k-60k
Clutches can last forever - my last car had 135k on it's original clutch, my Nissans went after 85k, the BMW may or may not be on it's original clutch on 170k miles. I'd be wanting a clutch to last about 100k really, but in Lamborghinis they last 10-20k miles.
Tyres: Anything less than 10k is a ball ache unless it's a track special IMO. My dad once got 60k out of a pair of tyres on his Ford Galaxy, I look to change mine after 20k or 2 years or when I first get the car so I have faith in them.
We ran a Fabia 1.4 Diesel for 4 years and 50k miles and it needed nothing more than basic servicing and 2 new tyres.
Your milage may vary. Especially if you track it or thrash it!
