Anyone read the Daily mail article on 19th January, about ALL cars having to have insurance regardless of wether they are on or off the road, in pieces or undergoing restoration.
The government are calling it "Continuous Insurance Enforcement".They are quoting a max £1000 fine, with £100 penalties getting sent out automatically for this new offence of "Keeping a Vehicle without insurance".
Seems to only effect those that are not sorned.
