Its time for my insurance renewal and i'm looking for any recommended companies that can do a multi car policy covering modern classic high performance cars as well as older classics.

I'd also like to chop and change cars during the course of the year.

My current policy covers

98 Jeep Grand Cherokee
91 Porsche 944 Turbo
97 Golf VR6
93 Vento VR6
90 Golf GTI
83 Golf GTI
74 BMW 2002

I have a company car for daily use, so these are purely social/domestic/pleasure without the need for commuting.

So can anyone suggest who i should try first?

If I didn't know any better I'd swear you were my mate Tom. Anyway back to specifics try herts insurance and heritage quote, at the moment they are the only two that instantly spring to mind.

If you could pm your Postcode (or town if you dont want to be too specific), date of birth, occupation, length of full uk licence, details of any claims last 5 years or convictions last 5 years, ncb (and the same agin if any other drivers), total value of all 7 vehicles and where they are parked and ruff mileage a year for each one, also, whats your best quote so far? i can give you an idea what we'd be looking at. I dont think i'm allowed to say which company i work for in a main thread, but i can let you know when i message you back.

cheers

andyjo - Mind if I send you the same details through PM? Will be looking for a new policy in a few months to cover two cars and am fed up of running two policies?

Cheers.

I've just re-insured my GTV with RH Specialist, fully comp including recovery etc for £275, which is half what Direct Line asked for on my renewal. I'm pretty sure they do multi car policies too.
