I use Westfield Body Care - SE18 might be a bit far for you though.

What colour, and will it require lacquar? If the bumper is prepaired properly then the job should take no more than half an hour. Actual spray time will only be a few mins, then its into the oven for 30 mins to an hour or so, or left to dry if it is an air drying paint. Then you just need to add the cost of paint, this will be determined by how small a can you can you can get as a lot will not be needed.

If the paint needs to be polished add an hours labour time

A fully prepped, meaning keyed correctly on the primer, suitable for the basecoat which will be applied? More than likely it will need keying to around 800-1000 and a decent bodyshop will be using waterbase. There are no solid colours on the ST except White which was Police only so it will be a clear over base application.

It will take longer than 5 minutes to paint, around 30 minutes for 2-3 coats of basecoat, 10-15 minutes for the lacquer, depending again on the type, plus oven time @ 60 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

So, taking into account the time it takes, the cost of running the booth and the premises and actually making some profit, your looking at anything from £150-200 for a decently painted bumper in quality materials.

The company I work for quite often use a place out towards Bluewater, called Townley panel and paint - they turn out some fantastic work, and all for a decent price too.

If you're not in a massive rush & happy to wait, you could ask a few bodyshops to let you know when they're painting the same colour, then they could do your bumper at the same time.
