I was involved in an accident a few months ago driving the OH's car, which I was held at fault for, I haven't claimed though.

We are now about to get a lease car which comes with free insurance and so are going to sell this car, and hence have no need for the insurance which is paid monthly. The policy is with Diamond, does anybody know if I can cancel the policy, or does it have to be paid in full due to the accident/3rd parties claim?

I've read the policy info and as far as I can see it makes no reference to cancelling following an accident that I can see.

No need to get your coat. It was said with a smile, not a ranty angry face. Here, have another. smile
