Motorbike speed camera's

Spotted one of these in Worcester today, Officer with a police bike and a tripod set-up with what looked like a speed gun attached to a camera. I guessing that this is so they can speed test in more urban areas where a van wouldn't be able to access.

Anyone else seen any of these or know anything about them.

What boils my piss is he's getting people leaving the 30mph not approaching the 30mph. Grrrr
