Maybe my initials (shockingly they aren't PHN) are too common but I just came to look for a cheap private plate using the first few sites that came up on Google.

Are they all gone or am I looking on the wrong sites as the number of plates along the lines of G52 XYX was minimal as in 30 or so.

I don't understand it tbh.

MS56 PHN is £815 as is MS57 and MS58 (to use MS as an example)

Y26 PHN is £405

Why would I want to pay £815 to make my car look like a bog standard 56 plate vs. half the amount to make it obvious it's a private plate?

Yes I'm considering it so the age of my car isn't obvious and I appreciate/accept to some that's a bit sad, each to their own, but you see my point on the difference?

I wouldn't have thought any of the plates you have listed would have been more than 250. Any of the 6 character ageless ones are far better at the same cost.

Plate prices are ridiculous now.

You should ask in the private plates thread, someone on there will no doubt tell you how many they issued of your initials.

For some reason they don't issue the same amount of each letter combo.

6 character ageless? You mean the random ones like these?
