Auto-Protect warranty company

Hi all,

I bought my Lotus from Murray Motor Company (main dealer) in Edinburgh back in March and need to get some work carried out under warranty.

The guys who service my car have had no end of troubles trying to get approval to carry out the work. They have phoned them numerous times and have been waiting over 2 weeks for a call back from an engineer to approve the work.

Just wondering if anyone has had any dealings with them and could help me out with a decent contact?
