Segway Rapid Response Vehicle

I was passing through Schiphol Airport a few days ago, and walking through the main shopping/ duty free area when I heard a police type siren nee nawing in the distance, but getting closer. As I was inside a building, I was a little curious to see what was happening, and looking behind me I saw this armed policeman hurtling along, at full tilt (pun intended, about 30 degrees!)on a blue Segway. He had a little flashing blue light on the front, his siren wailing, his H&K strapped to his back, and was really motoring.
I have no idea about what or where he was in such a hurry to get to, but I nearly died laughing.

It wasn't a normal segway if it's the one I think you are talking about.
But it was the company owner on one of their products
