HAS ANYONE HEARD OF CAR PROTECT.CO.UK
Discussion
Hi just got a call from above and they are offering a warranty for £24 a month with a limit of 3k per claim. Sounds to good to be true (so it probibly is) but thought I would see if anyone has any dealings with them. I have a evo8 On there web site the only thing spooks me is "we will not reject any wear and tear on vehicles under 5 years old" mine is 6 so will everything be rejected?
just sounds for an evo so cheap warranty direct want £800 for the year. Told them to ring me again tomorrow night and I think I need to ask some probing questions but again a sales person will say what I want to hear that is why it is good to hear comments from guys on here who have had dealings with them
I visited www.carprotect.co.uk and bought a policy online, 4 steps and 5 minutes later I had a policy. Had looked at Warranty Directs site, but found that so complicated. When I had finally filled everything in and got to the price it was double what I have paid for a Car Protect policy.

I am not allow to say why under forum rules.
I'm sure you can work out why.
The AA have been great.
Paid out on a xenon pack for MrsJems' bus. I was amazed. It's a bulb essentially!
Doesn't the car have to be broken down in order to claim?I am not allow to say why under forum rules.

It was the Xenon pack that failed so it was covered?
