So I am at a mates house.

In one of the sheds there is a old mobility scooter.

In another shed there is a old motorbike engine.

would or should the 2 go together?

So we reckon its doable

The engine looks like a 125Cc though we don't know.

Its either going to be a death trap or a complete hoot

We shall upload pics as soon as the build starts.

There was a thread a while back with a video showing how to put Barbie ride on Jeep type bodies on to mini quads and go hooning.

They looked fun and fatal in equal and enormous measure.

Why would you want to put a motorbilty cart's battery into a motorbike frame?
