Does insurance go up alot or a little if the mileage is high

So I want to know if insurance is significantly more because the van has so much mileage 300,000 or is it more or less the same as a van with much less mileage say 150,000?

The mileage on the vehicle itself is not relevant or even asked for.

It is the mileage you do in a year that they are interested in.
When they ask "what is your annual mileage" you need to estimate how many miles you will drive it in the next year.
