A Lynx Eventer, with an engine built to 6.0 litres ~350bhp spec and a Manual gearbox.

Speed line alloys from the early TWR cars but leave the chrome bumpers.

Yes, I think that would be rather perfect.

Aston DBX 707!

In the real world, a nice CLS 63 Shooting Brake.

Stick Legs’ Eventer restomod also sound fun!

Damn it SL, only the second post and you’ve gotten there before me! smile I love these

As an alternative, I’ll go for a nicely restored Overfinch 570

One of these, all the mods and personalisation (merlin purple, RS6 running gear, etc) and an end-of-terrace in the Midlands biggrin

Alpina B5 Touring without a doubt. Had mine for about 30,000 miles. Fantastic distance machine but also quite engaging when you're in the mood.

Room for the dog and 200mph.

What more do you need?

Get one while you still can. biggrin

Full Fat Range Rover in 5 litre supercharged flavour. Not the SV version though…

Not as fast as say an RS6 but it’s the obvious choice.

I'm with Baldchap. Green / dark tan like this but de-badged and without the Alpina stripes

200mph and cooler because it's a performance estate is hardly a compromise. laugh

C7 RS6 Avant would be fine by me. I'd keep the change for running it and paying private detectives to find it when it disappears off the drive.

Range Rover Sport SV.
Dogs in with ease, plenty of power.
Would just need a fuel card please!

This.
The newer GTC4 Lusso is also well in budget so this £135k warrantied one with tdf body, silver wheels, light interior and not much carbon would do me. Please.
(They’re small dogs with blunt claws, yes?)

They are a difficult car to own, if you don't have a driver, IMHO and there are other cars that do better everything it does.

They are big, so difficult to park.

The boot isn't THAT big, so four suitcases for the airport doesn't work.

They aren't super fast A to B.

You're always five years too young for one.

Yes I love them and have tried many times to justify one, but I just cannot make one "fit".
