Arval leasing - fair play policy on tyres

Anyone had experience of getting tyres replaced by Arval at relatively low mileage?

Have a full maintenance package and looks like I’ll need new rear tyres at about 7k. It seems I’ve been enjoying the acceleration from 520bhp a bit too much.

From their website:

”Arval has a “Fair Play” policy on car tyres. This means that damaged tyres will be replaced inside the maintenance budget. Replacements on commercial vehicles or in the event of abuse, neglect, theft or vandalism will be recharged at a percentage based on the tread remaining.”

If you'd done a couple of track days and had 500 miles on the clock they might say something.

Looks like mine will need 4 new tyres before 12000 miles and 12 months.
