I know it’s poor form posting your own car, but….

London Concours just posted this. So chuffed, firstly being allowed to bring a plastic British sports car to an event littered with multi-million pound motors, secondly to be acknowledged by them.

Spectraflair Black. Not a TVR colour, the car is somewhat modified… 450bhp, bodywork, brakes, wheels… This is what it looks like in direct light, a dark grey otherwise.

I always had it in my head that your Sagaris was a V8 conversion.

What have you done with that one to get 450bhp?

Racing Green FFF head
Syvecs ECU
Lightened chain
Lightweight flywheel
ACT airbox
ACT exhaust

Engine was a know good one at 369bhp, the dyno shows 443 at 7400, engine revs to 8k. The graph is just going straight up, so the figure is estimated but a really reasonable one. Torque is 358 lb/ft. The Speed Six wiki has a list of other mods and what can happen. Basically the Speed Six likes to breathe by the look of things! https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...

What are the bodywork mods? It looks like a standard Sagaris other than the wheels.

One piece carbon bonnet.
Front and rear slats cut out, front taking hot air out of engine bay and releasing high pressure from the wheel arch and rear taking out high pressure and tidying up rear air.
Rear reflectors moved to the boomerang lights, they have LED lights.

You can just about see the rear stuff here… I wanted it OEM+, where the true beards can see the changes.

I've never understood why TVR left the fake slats / vents in place.

Struck me as being particularly lazy, even by TVR's standards!
