MOD's. I wasn't sure where to post this so please re-direct as you see fit.

It's someone's car. Not mine. And I know what it is but does anyone else have any idea? The Land Rover will give you some sense of scale.

Correct. I've never heard of one never mind seen one before. This particular Mini Hummer (as it's called) is classed as an 'A' Traktor here in Sweden. With a top speed limited to 30 kmh (18 mph), it can be driven by 16 year olds. The Red Triangle at the rear signifies it's 'A' Traktor status.

Most 'A' Traktors seem to be old Volvos converted into pick up's. Their speed is normally limited by the gearbox; although most 16 year old's seem to get around that with a screwdriver (don't ask me how).
