Are these speed cameras

Hello I was travelling to a beach and there was signs of speed cameras going down a road and then I saw these grey/black cameras on a grey pole and I was just wondering if there speed cameras? I have some pictures but there not very good

No they are traffic cameras to spot hold ups. If painted yellow they would be part of an average speed monitoring area. They cannot measure your speed as individual cameras.
