Vauxhall Meriva heating problem

Hi All
I really hope some one can help
I have a vauxhall meriva 2014 and the heating seems to be getting hot but hot air wont blow out any of the vents, with no air what so ever blowing out the top and bottom vents resulting in a really annoying steamy widescreen, ive tried to get the control panel off to have a look but cant get it off, can anyone advise on this?
The thermostat seems fine and there is plenty of water in the tank

If the fan works have you checked to see if it has a pollen filter, it may be. Blocked.

Does the blower actually work?
If not it’ll probably be a blown resistor. £10 on eBay and 15 mins to change usually.
