I'm not sure if this car belongs to someone who looks after James Bond's horses or someone who is a retired spook.
Or a standard Army veteran of a certain age... (M16 was a rifle in use by the British Army up to the late 80s).
No it wasn’t.

The US predominantly used the M16.
The British predominantly used the FN L1A1 (SLR) before moving onto the SA80 (L85/A1).

A better picture would be very welcome.

I suspect the owner of the car also owns the hotel. The two TB plates are certainly his

I am very confused. Previous comments mentioned a Phantom wearing 1 F, in the same colour scheme as the WHO 151T vehicle, which would be very coincidental if it was a fake?!

One for you Sir Bagalot - 1F was spotted on a Phantom last week. Same colour combo as WHO 151T

Could the Phantom be owned by the same person as the Ferrari, but only had the plate on for a short time?

Love it. Perfect car and plate. If BMW don't own it they are missing a trick.

I've got A110 DCT on my Alpine. The only person I've spoken to who thinks it's good is a dealer. It does look somewhat like a mocked up forecourt plate. As does that BMW.
