In the mid 90s, a teenage PRO5T ached for a tiger-striped cossie. I did however know that it wasn't as cool as an original rallyesport striped Sierra or Escort.
I was Ford XR and RS all the way until MAX Power put a Martini striped Intergrale on the front cover "fruit of the forest"

I binned all my MAX Powers but that one was kept, must be in the parents attic somewhere. Totally changed my view in cars from there on in.

Think mine is still floating about somewhere too, and managed to get up close and personal to the real thing as Silverstone a few years ago. The bunnies are brilliant, but I’ve also no idea what the reason isTold you I don’t throw anything away!
Good point by PRO5T, I remember being very confused by some of those brands back then. I knew most of the oil, stereo and ciggie sponsors, and the likes of BASF because they made tapes for my Walkman, but there were a good few others which sounded very exotic but unknown to me

I suppose a lot were just assumed to be foreign fags, especially when we got into the days of fags being banned in Britain and seeing them disappear off cars.
