Depends on the site, DCG often relist them, sometimes change up the wheels or put a wrap on them.
Yeh entirely depends on the car for us, we put a lot of time into running around sourcing and viewing cars. If it’s something rare then we tend to keep and redo at a later point. Some of the easier to source stuff will go straight to a dealer as mentioned.
Well I’m in for quite a decent amount of tickets on the GT4 RS / M4 combo. It would be the RS + cash for me. At least if a winner doesn’t take it there will be another chance if you choose to hang on to it for a later date. Amethyst is stunning in the flesh.

I've said before that I am sure you have opt in to receive marketing.
Revs when the boxes were showing were already ticked.

Any marketing people on this thread confirm?
This would be interesting to know.

The email I can live with, the texts however I think is crossing the line. Especially as you cant seem to unsubscribe successfully and they don't reply on FB or by email either.

Anyone play Yiannimize Comps? Ever noticed how some comps, suddenly sell a large percentage of tickets in the last 5-10 minutes, despite most comps being 7 days in duration?

Last night there was a Supermarket voucher comp ending, with an alternate £500 cash prize. At 23.56 - 37% of tickets sold, about 23.57 - 47% sold, and at 00.00 - 57% sold, comp then closed.

You could presume this is the work of one punter, who believes that leaving it so late is somehow levering themselves an advantage. What I don’t understand, is how this late-night ticket sales rush, always seems to happen in quick succession stages, two or three usually. Is there two or three punters staying up this late with the same ideology? I doubt it.

I’ve seen suspiciously late ticket sales with other companies, to fool the punter into believing the ticket sales are lower, therefore odds are better. Are YC another such company?

I had a spare 1st class stamp so tried another postal entry with Rev Comps for the M4, no luck yet but I suppose there’s still time for them to process it.

My name is Davie_GLA and i'm now fking addicted to competitions i know i have ZERO chance of winning but everyone around me seems to win!!!!!! ARGGHH!

Start of this week my mate won an Aprilia Tuono on one of these local, considerably less scrupulous "raffles". £80, job jobbed and winner. Previous to this he has won tellies, watches, various other things.

Prior to this another close mate won a brand new RS3 and £20k in the boot after a SINGLE fkING ENTRY.....

So, i now have a ticket on to win the R32GTR on DCG (or £35k) and the escort cosworth on Click. I've also entered into the local "raffle" to win a GSXR750.

THe last time. won ANYTHING was a KLF CD at an ice disco in the 90's. I am DUE something!

So if you can all leave these things alone until i do win that's be grand.

Sincerely, see you in rehab....

Same.

Been playing DCG since more or less day one, have personally known 4 winners (including someone with two wins!) and I've probably spent thousands since about 2018/2019.

Not had a single bean!

I'll pul up a chair next to me and we can for the first ever "just about legal but nigh on impossible to win and potentially completely rigged competitions Anonymous" (JL-NI-PCR-A) for short.

Sight.

Same. I've bought a campervan (thats all I entered for) and I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

I enjoyed the anticipation of a possible win but its money down the drain.

I've won 2500 points on DCG this week so that's a few guilt free purchases paid for smile

Received an email from Bridge Classics about a 928S4 - went to have a look and 3300 out of 5000 sold already !

Does look smart but I think they are known to be pretty ruinous (financially) to run ?

I see DCG have the Porsche 993 back up that was only just won in April, it’s done 1000 miles and grown a massive spoiler since the last time and had a few more extra bits added.

Not personally a fan of the wing on that 993. Simple enough to rectify though. Wonder why previous winner moved it on quickly?

Chap who just won the GT4RS & M3 Touring on DCG had previously won an M3 and a Subaru (and still has both, fair play!). Must be dropping some serious cash on these comps!

Checking the entries list he had 41 tickets on it.

So £100ish on that draw. Bit rich for me that, but fair play to him!

it is odd that people that win, have won before. Odds wise it doesn't make sense unless there are flaws in the system somewhere.

Odds wise that makes perfect sense. That’s EXACTLY how odds work!

I'd say it makes perfect sense. A lot of the winners are spending huge amounts every month.
