Odds wise that makes perfect sense. That’s EXACTLY how odds work!
Don't know whats the odds of winning one competition but lets say, 32k to 1

Two wins, 32/1 x 32/1 = 1/1,024,000,000

From what I've seen it happens regularly which goes against the statistical outcome.

That is assuming you bought a single ticket in two competitions and won with both of them in the only two competitions you ever entered. Don’t get a job in statistics…

Some of the multiple winners are spending literally thousands per week on competitions so it's no surprise that they win more than someone buying a single ticket per draw

That was an example, clearly.

o.k lets say 50 tickets in each

50/32000 x 50/32000 = 1 in 409,600

probability of winning, 0.15625% x 0.15625% = 0.02% of winning both. You see now?

And yet, the odds of a royal flush in Texas Hold’em is 649,740/1. And I’ve had three so far.

The odds of anyone getting 6 numbers on the lottery is 1 in 45,057,474 but every few weeks someone hits it.

Also, in your example above you’ve still only ever entered 2 competitions and won both of them. Enter several every week and the odds plummet.

I give up. You think what you want and I’ll go with maths.

Sent a postal to RC this morning for the motorhome that's just gone up and they've updated the title and description from 4 berth to 6 berth. Hopefully they'll still honour the original wording
Ah bugger, posted mine about 2.30pm with 4 berth. Sent one each for the BMW and Kawasaki Motorbikes so see if they enter those anyway. Had one for the Fireblade entered last night.
Had confirmation of entry having used the 4 berth wording. Still waiting on the Tesla coming through for tonight but confident it will...

A thousand a week is £52k pa. If it's two thousand a week, that's £104k pa. Quick maths. Incredible.

my thinking is it just doesn't add up and open to corruption. Good luck but gambling for me, I like it to be 100% transparent and regulated.

I guess an argument is that it'll be super low odds for someone to 'win' (and subsequently sell, asap)

I would take the £14.99 cash alternative.

5 emails from Rev Comps tonight. Have they always been this obnoxious? Yes I know I can unsubscribe at any time but it’s just overbearing and actually makes me less likely to buy a ticket. I probably buy 4/5 a month
Even when you unsubscribe the emails and texts still come through

Great site other than that lol
