This is not a Corsa, Adam, or Viva. This is an Agila. WTF Vauxhall how many small cars do you need.

Brilliance Shineray?

(Okay, that's the parent company, but still a properly Liberace-grade name.)

The G01 bit is quite unsubtle as well - "just in case no one told you it's a low-rent X3 spin-off, we're going to give you a huge hint."

Well they now only have the Corsa, less and less choice in the city car and B segment.

Ah now this I did know about! There are actually a couple of generations. I've no idea which segment it was supplying though.

Both the first and second generation Agila's were rebadged Suzuki's

First generation was a Suzuki Wagon R

Second generation was a rebadged Suzuki Splash

And they didn't change the tailgate which had a number plate mounting point recess stamped into it, but they mounted the number plate in the bumper, so there was a blank number plate location recess above the number plate laugh

The Suzuki had two recesses with the plate in the bumper, the Agila had a different bumper without a recess and the plate on the hatch recess. So Suzuki did it the silly way and Vauxhall)Opel fixed it smile .

I'm not sure whether this is a certain trim or model year, but some Suzuki's had a black trim over the hatch recess as a grab handle, which made it look like it had a pencil moustache half way up it's lip hehe

Suzuki are great at finding cheap solutions - I’m pretty sure the old Ignis 5-door was longer than the 3 purely from having a 6 inch extension panel in the floor pan in front of the rear seats.

The segment of people who do 27mph in a NSL.

GM have form here. The Kadett / Chevette hatch had the number plate thing going on. The Opel had the number plate on the panel between the tail lights but retained the flat raised mounting under the bumper

And now they're getting on they're bombing around town delivering takeaways. One of them drives like a particular idiot, and he has tinted all the lights on the Agila, which looks about as good as you'd expect.

As i understand it Toyota did it to increase their sales in india (where suzuki is a market leader) and over here Suzuki did it for the hybrid system. Happy to be corrected thought.

But this is not a Suzuki Baleno (which is probably a car worthy of this thread for many people)
