I saw one in North Finchley of all places - a fairly nondescript suburb of London (nicer than Edmonton, not as nice as Hampstead)

Never seen them in Knightsbridge, Mayfair or the usual locations

as an ex N9 resident. Edmonton has been slipping deeper and deeper into the cesspool of humanity since the early 80s It makes grade 1 stholes look respectable and saddens me to see it go downhill.esp when you think it cannot get any worse... and then does.. with ease. i understand the locals call it skank city

back on topic any idea what g forces that is pulling in those 30 secz?

Never ever seen one other than TV, not in London, Manchester, anywhere lol.
This one looks awesome though.
There is a dealership in Sunningdale, Berks.

There's no need to be offensive. That said, it's been years since the last time anyone called me a berk.

What’s the deal with the limited venting? Does that mean it is useless outside a 30 second run?

Saw a Koenigsegg in Bath last year.

If they've done that simply to reduce drag at the expensive of adequate cooling then the Regera is still king in my book. smile
Think I prefer the looks of the Regera too.

Never going to be as iconic as a rubber duck.

I think it's more a case of it being less suitable for prolonged hard/track driving than the Jesko Attack, which is the higher-drag, high downforce version. So if you want a track car you buy the Attack, if you want something that's more of an epic cruiser with the ability to do crazy things like this you buy the Absolut.

The Attack is the standard version, so the Absolut is more of a bragging rights low downforce trim level if you must have the fastest thing on four wheels.

I've seen a few Koenigseggs at FoS and Supercar Fest and they're absolutely stunning things. If I were to win the Euromillions £100m+ I'd be speccing up a Jesko Attack. Didn't Nico Rosberg own a Regera?

It's weird, endless Ring records do nothing for me, whereas this seems quite cool. Maybe it's a David vs Goliath thing, or perhaps the physics being pushed to breaking point. Or perhaps just because it's not yet another supposedly sporty SUV...

I don’t know, could be handy at the traffic light grand prix when launching it, only to find the next set turn red unexpectedly.
And a model 3 performance still beats you to 40 hehe

I used to live in N18. My mum still does - thankfully a nice part. It's not the worst place in London. That honour belongs to Wood Green, if we're talking North of the river.

Pointless, irrelevant and bit silly but compelling and brilliant. It is an amazing achievement for such a small company, especially as thy seem willing to try all sorts of interesting solutions from two door four seaters to the light speed gearbox. Deserves much success. It also looks amazing.

You know what insult being called a berk really is, don't you?

Was the in-car video of the actual timed run, because the graphics seem to show him achieving quite a bit more than 250mph before he braked?

And all that done on road tyres and 'crap' fuel too!

Congratulations, Koenigsegg! clap Amazing achievement!

I, too, am an admirer of Koenigsegg, and what CvK has achieved.

Remember the "How would you spend £100k" thing PH used to do? I had the idea idea of using the £100k to contribute 1/10 (or whatever) to a pool to buy an 'egg under co-ownership, reaping some of the money back by renting it out. But there were never any 'eggs at the right price on PH frown

There were not one, but 4 of them here in Como just after the Concorso di Eleganza at Villa d'Este. One of the drivers was Mr. Koenigsegg himself.

Ah yes, the old 'I haven't seen it therefore it doesn't exist' line. I suppose i agree when it comes to, y'know, God, but a brief bit of Googling would show the Koenigsegg Ghost Squadron tour which happens every year in a different location around the globe. There were around 35 cars there this year and only a small proportion of owners do it.

Great test and superb results. How about leave that music out. We want to hear the car. Shame that bit never really came across.
