You could just explain...
Explain why someone has chosen to spend their own money on something they want? It would appear obvious?
No, explain what EV11 MUM is supposed to mean.

It's 'clever' apparently, but clearly I am not.
Have a think Ar1
Okay, let's change the ones to an i then, as per your example.

evii mum?

Nope, still not getting it. The only thing I can possibly get from it is a really crappy attempt at evil mum.

Not sure it's particularly 'clever' though, not to mention a rather odd thing to want on your numberplate.
Did you struggle when people showed you a calculator upside down to spell out BOOBLESS? (55378008).

Maybe people that hate plates like this actually hate the fact that they struggle to get them but I think that’s unlikely, I think it annoys for another reason but I cannot fathom why.
Starting to think no one knows what EV11 MUM is supposed to say but everyone is too embarrassed to admit it. biggrin
Just makes me think Karen Matthews or similar ?

Bloke working on a housing development near me has "E A55HOL" on his car and by the way he drives, it's a well chosen plate.

The icing on the cake is a B055 plate but with the "4D" lettering and then the cherry "some really tragic text written underneath to explain to onlookers what they are the boss off)
Ah yes the ubiquitous RR never fails to deliver on many levels including 4d plates of course.

Spotted this tragic fail today.

Extra cringe points for illegal butchering of the 55 to SS make sure everyone knows he's a weapons grade BOSS desperate bellend. laugh

There's a Polo GTI locally with PO10 CYA. Always makes me smile.
Why does he want his car to say "chicken hello", spelled badly, to Italians?

I have seen CL10 CUP before, looked very clever to me…I am sure some will pretend not to be able to read it.

Someone round here has a sparkly pink Urus with the plate A BIIMBO. I assume 11 but it actually looks as I've written it.

Probably not legal. But then, she has like double J jugs or something equally ridiculous. So who's gonna argue.

I do have a daily wail link if anyone wants to see what beach balls for boobs looks like. NSFW mind.

A mate of mine bought a C63 507 and put a BO55 plate on it. Within a week it was gone, fed up of the kebab shop gags. laugh

I think the most tragic part of all is you’re insecure enough to actually stop and take a picture and post up on the internet? What would you have said exactly if the owner had arrived….would you have called him/her a ‘desperate bellend’ or would have hid behind your keyboard rofl

Pathetic.

How to say you own a BO55 plate without actually saying you own one rofl

I was young and silly and wanted Biggels. This is as close as I got, and I suspect that plate is now worth more than the car.

Plate came on an old E36 M3 evo vert that I traded in for the Ferrari…. I kept the plate knowing it was poor. The original L plate was better

This came on the Morgan aero8, Still own this plate on a different V8 and better spaced now.

A woman delivers takeaways locally in a green A45 AMG with 3D BO55 plates. Someone posted on the community Facebook page that she'd run over his cat outside his house, on a small side road on a housing estate, got out of the car and looked at the cat and then just driven off.

It's hard not to tarnish all A45 owners with the same brush, but what's the correct way to deal with a run over cat that's a gonner?

- Stare at it.
- Move to side of road.
- Put on kerb.
- Take it home in a TK Maxx bag.
- Post a picture on the local FB group and say dead cat is here.

It's not cut and dry for a poor feline.

Knock on the doors of some local houses and make enquiries as to the owner, is the sensible and moral way to deal with it.

Got a feeling CL10 CUP belongs to Renault, I'm sure I've seen it on a press car in a car mag.

Not sure why you want to think people would 'pretend not to be able to read it' though, it's pretty clear to anyone who isn't actually dyslexic. But I suppose if that works for you then enjoy...
