Yes it is given those pics. I usually like the weird and wonderful but that hearse is very challenging. It just doesn't look right

I recall I saw a F1 parked up at the side of the road on a rainy dark November evening in Guildford. Door was open/aloft , headlamps on, and a car parked right behind it. The car behind turned out to be a police car who’d stopped the F1 - unclear whether for intrigue or reprimand.

The F1 was black with a red pin stripe on the body side. I think I looked it up online and found it could have been Jay Leno’s. The timing matched as a video appeared online shortly after with him being interviewed attbe McLaren MTC after being given a sneak peak of the MP4-12C before it’s public launch. McLaren were asking a lot of individuals their opinion prior to launch. Think it was Nov 2009 ish?

I saw them unloading a McLaren P1 HDK the night before and there was a Ford GT on their truck ready to come out. This morning the P1 HDK and an Enzo were in the truck and I walked past a small enclosed trailer with a purple McLaren P1 on it.

Sadly it looks like someone has butchered an early 308 to make that. It’s not a simple re body job to make a 288 GTO replica. I think the wheelbase is longer on the 288 due to the longitudinal engine layout. That’s why 308s always look wrong as 288 replicas.

I think that is a Mosler, hard to say from the pic though. I remember a race car s7 at a motor show at the nec from probably about 2002/2003. No idea how many, if any are here.

I find the mosler and s7 both very interesting cars. Not much information about them over here.

You may well be right - should have checked the other photos, the reg gives it away
