1 G on a previous model (L405) Range Rover, on the passing Harthill services yesterday.
Two red flags there.Gillian doesn't keep her cars long enough to own a previous model.
Previously on a black BMW iX.... now on a white one.

Pretty crazy that people just fake these and put whatever they want on their car. Still, I suppose a lifetime of fines is a lot cheaper than forking out for the real thing. Gillian doesn't keep her cars long enough to own a previous model.

Saw this one today, more a great car than a great plate, but it did sound like a jet!
Apparently it is prototype number 8/8, he had just come back from Silverstone where he had been racing with Adrian Newey in his own AMV.

I don't understand how those rear venturi tunnels (??) don't fall foul of pedestrian injury regulation!Apparently it is prototype number 8/8, he had just come back from Silverstone where he had been racing with Adrian Newey in his own AMV.

I prefer a 1x4. Yes, D reverse was original issue![laugh](/inc/images/laugh.gif)
I also prefer a 1x4 but they appear very rare these days!
It would be cool to do a whole trawl of the DVLA database (via that PartialPlate search website) to work out how many there are in total left (or at least which are known to DVLA) and which letters are the rarest.

4x1, the under-appreciated combo (IMHO!) ![smile](/inc/images/smile.gif)
Should be original issue too, as only a few were used in reverse back in the day and D was one of them (IIRC).
D, E, F, H, K, N, R, U and W - think some unissued ones have been sold since.![smile](/inc/images/smile.gif)

IIRC we've had 4444 M and 1992 G on here recently?? (The M might have been one I spotted on CC auctions though... lol)
