base a Ferrari 360 F1

now a Sbarro Alcador GTB F1

not seen it before, only 3 were ever made, but then for a Sbarro built thats about normal.

some angles I think it looks ok, or special, enough F 360, and this one very rare, not really expensive at 175k euro.

so far so good, ok the interior could have been better though, but...

Struggle to see the point, why not just buy an R8
Can you get a 2 litre tdi front wheel drive r8?

While I don't necessarily see the point I admire the effort.
5 years to build something that as soon as you start it fools nobody, utterly pointless

Also I sure that amount of chassis changes would not be legal in most countries
Some people love to tinker/build/make/etc - eg why make your own knives when you can buy cheaper and (probably) better? Ditto d.i.y. carpentry fans and so on...

I suspect the very tongue-in-cheek hamster wheel in the engine bay indicates that fooling people isn't necessarily what the builder of the car is all about.

If I needed some fancy bodywork done to one of my cars - not just run of the mill - and some bloke showed me he'd made this, I'd be more than happy to let him tackle my job.

ooh, look at this Corvette, normally I'm not a fan of the C3 but do like the C2 version, but this C3 has some nice goodies.

a big 8.100cc engine with 500hp, wide flared arches and wide wheels and so on, a bit Batman car :-)
also those headlights now fixt, love that.

that is amazing - however it really needs the pop-up lights and some 70's colour yes

any Ford Capri lovers here?

just came across this one, must have been cool back then and costly I guess.

Ford Capri 2,8 Liter May-Turbo 200 PS verbreitert (widened)

the striping is a bit to much? I think but looking at it again, if its not there its very white, so its breaks it a bit? hm.

Christ that's awful René, when I was young there was a crowd of guys who were 20 years older than me who had this sort of thing (and twin rear axle Rover V8 SD1s), it just reminds me of those guys.

I was trying to figure out how the boot works. Those side bits must be fixed then the main wing opens with the boot.

I think without the black stripe the gaps between the spoiler and those side bits would really stand out. Clever

The hole on the front wing is a bit naff. Sticking up exhaust too is a pet hate of mine.

I had a similar wider arched mk3 escort years ago. But I don't think I'm brave enough to post a pic of that turd.

The 2 black holes? for say brake cooling ? yeah, not a fan of that, let alone painting those black...

the sticking up exhaust was a thing those days, like DTM and so on... at the time special? but years later its out hahah, but I remember when those were hot in the exhaust tuning branche hehe

hahahah, tell us more about that escort mk3 with a body kit? I owned 2 of those escort mk3 one bought XR3 and one trade in car a white one made to look like a XR3 or sort, nothing extreem though.
