I like the paint, and there are some nice touches, like the Frenched lights, it's been put together very well.

But some crazy Netherlander was clearly schmokin' schomething when they came up with that interior!

This was on my walk yesterday.
Given the level of patina and surface rust, I think it was modified years ago.

I debated which thread to put it in, but decided that on balance, if I was going to modify a beetle, I'd go the Baja bug route too.
