Silverstone F1 parking passes

Has anyone had an email with their parking pass ? I’ve booked official parking but haven’t heard anything yet. Nothing in the Silverstone ticket app either.

I haven't heard anything yet either, I did email Silverstone about this but not holding out much hope that they will read it / respond / take any acton based on previous interactions.

I'd be interested to know if anyone else has had an email yet? Last year I was notfied about 2 weeks before the event.

I’ve had a reply from Silverstone :-


“Please bear with us while we get our information on parking sent out to you very soon. You will not need to display anything in your vehicle and will be given a link to upload your registration which will be active right up to and including the days of the event.

This will be sent out via email so keep an eye out! “

My hospitality car park 26 pass came in the post a couple of weeks ago.

Bit confused as to when car park opens. I read somewhere it's 6am, but digital ticket says circuit gates open 8am. Assuming I need to be at the car park for 6am to avoid tailbacks?

Ive arrived at approx 0730 - 0800 on Fri and Sat, 0700 on Sunday without any major traffic issues in previous years.

Car Park 26 is the Hospitality car park behind Copse (just walked the dog through it).
In the past access to it has been via the A413 at Whittlebury then on the outside circuit perimeter road past the Escapade development). Assume that they’re routing inbound traffic the same way this year although they have amended some of the plans year on year. Your car parking pass should tell you which way to enter.

It’s sensible to aim for a 7am arrival in the car park, that way you’re in and parked up and not sitting in traffic. Friday last year was as busy as the Saturday (makes you wonder if anybody actually goes to work these days…)
If your hospitality is in the centre of the circuit you’ll probably have to join another queue to get through the Copse tunnel under the track.

Just to let you know I received the email to register my car this morning.

I also recieved an email to register my car for Six fields "Park'n'Ride" , ony it doesn't actually work.
I fill in the form and submit it only to get a red box saying there is a probem and then a short email saying that my car reg number has been removed from my account!!

The website says that if the probelem with submitting the form continues, then please contact them.
Fat chance of that happening given that there are no email addresses or telephone numbers to go on.

Anyone got similar problems?, or got over this issue?
