2025 - who was fastest?

Order is somewhat mixed as its based on each drivers fastest lap, those who didn't get quick laps in a shorter tracks (monaco) are a bit penalised

So Stroll was fifth quickest and Verstappen third slowest last year. Knew it.

No, left to right is their fastest race lap order but there is a white line and diamonds thats shows their average pace across the whole year

The white diamond business still tells us that Stroll outpaced Leclerc over the year & was on a par with Russell. ?!?

Weird, this shows that, on average, the Ferrari was amongst the slowest teams, hmmm.

Stroll and Colapinto are odd, they appear to be much faster than they should be. Perhaps that's because they crashed out but not at the tracks with shorter laps which would then bring their average down in the same way a very slow monaco race pushed the other to the right hand side as they didnt get any really quick short laps in.

That could be it. Verstappen, Antonelli and Sainz all failed to complete a lap in Austria, so they all missed out on a bunch of very short laps there, pushing their average up.

All in all, a very misleading chart.

Agree, despite what was very obviously a whole load of effort, it turned out very much along the lines of "if my aunt had b******s she would be my uncle".
