Out of curiosity and mostly laziness when was the last time a F1 driver world champion won the championship and his teammate hasn't won a single race.
Out of the top 3 teams, all the drivers have won a race this season apart from Bottas and his teammate and team have won both titles!
Nail in the coffin for Bottas signing a new Mercedes contract beyond 2019 I think...

Don't think any (driver) changes will happen at Merc until LH has 22 more podiums & another 19 race wins, unless VB does not want sign an extension (& 22 podiums 19 wins is more than a little tight over the next 22 races), can't see Merc wanting to force change any to any aspects of the current environment they will want VB there to ensure its done over the next 42/43 races.BrettMRC said:
Bottas to not quite manage it, and Red Bull to sneak in...
No chance for Red Bull in Abu Dhabi if the race runs to form, normal service will be resumed after their fortunes were artificially boosted by the high altitude high downforce races in Mexico and Brazil. I think the Bottas win may become a reality here, not because of any team conspiracy but simply because Bottas always goes well in Abu Dhabi and Hamilton will either have an end-of-season siesta of a weekend or PU penalties after nearly cooking his engine in Brazil.
That said I wouldn't be entirely surprised if Ferrari were back to being the quickest.

We know for certain that is the case, SuperSam is saying Bottas will be out for 2020.
Well when he signed his contract extension in July 2018 for the 2019 season it was mentioned that Mercedes had an option for 2020.So I'm guessing if there is not much improvement by July 2019 then Ocon or Russell will be in frame for 2020.

1994 - Schumacher 8-0 Verstappen/Lehto/Herbert
1990 - Senna 6-0 Berger
1986 - Prost 4-0 Rosberg
1982 - Rosberg 1-0 Reutemann/Andretti/Daly
1976 - Hunt 6-0 Mass
1973 - Stewart 5-0 Cevert
1972 - Fittipaldi 5-0 Walker/Wissell
1969 - Stewart 6-0 Beltoise
1966 - Brabham 4-0 Hulme
1965 - Clark 5-0 Spence
1963 - Clark 7-0 Taylor
1962 - Hill 4-0 Ginther
I think Fangio did it at least a couple of times, but the 1950's were more complicated by multi-car teams and occasional car sharing during the races.
