Why is there not more being made of VER radio messages?

Verstappen: Check my engine, if you need to turn it down, turn it down.
To Verstappen: Understood.
And later:
To Verstappen: We have now turned the engine down, Max, for reference.
There's no more than this published on RaceFans dot net, I can find no other transcripts on line.
Can anyone point to any sites with the any messages recorded between these?

What's to be made of it? If anything dodgy was going on they wouldn't be talking about it on the radio so obviously. Teams have been able to make engine maps available on the cars for a while now.
Yes, I know, the driver's can change the maps, and any number of other things..Bear in mind, this started from VER radio messages to the team begging THEM to turn the car down. Not "what settings should I use?" or "what do you want me to do?"
IF...IF... there was something "unusual" that RB are doing, it's possible that VER forgot about how to phrase his request in the heat / passion of leading and panicking about his car failing - he is not always the most rational driver in the car.
The question is valid - are there any transcripts of messages in between? Or does anyone have first hand knowledge courtesy of the F1 app thing?

Unless the rules changed I thought they could only receive data from the car not transmit it? I agree that it must be something different to what it sounds like it is though as the FIA monitor the radios.Kraken said:

Probably true, but other than people saying it "must" be something else, I have seen nothing, from anyone, that shows this to be the case.To be fair, he was setting purples and going much faster than was required (and at 100 gp and 5 wins should be more aware the race was won dozens of laps earlier). He was probably asking if what he had done had now been activated.
Im not sure about the Renault engine, but the Merc has 10/11 ‘strat’ (strategy modes) with additional variables on top, as well as TAG/Tac modes, as well as manual battery storage and deployment (phew) so quite easy to select the wrong mode and do something stupid like break the fuel consumption rules while your leading the race under no pressure!!!
A handy guide...in basic English

If your in the uk it’s the basic version 2.99 a month, App Store, and should have all the chatter.
You have it, then? What did the unedited radio messages say during this bit of the race?https://m.soundcloud.com/matt-betros/max-team-radi...
I listened from 18 mins... we know what fuel position 4 is code for now...
My recollection was that RIC’s engine went pop and VER asked if the engine could be turned down. He was maturely thinking about winning the race in the slowest time, rather than purple sectors.
His engineer gives him the mode settings to achieve this.
Perhaps his engineer is then telling the strategists that the change has been implemented, so they can adjust their models. Very little happens during a race that has not previously been thought about.
The FIA monitor everything that is happening data-wise in real time so the chance that RB are somehow controlling a Renault engine, remotely, seems somewhat unlikely.

Not quite he was knocking in purple sectors (he’s on a sizeable fastest lap bonus circa 150k), they were asking him to slow down, listen to the recording above..
Or
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=xqpx0u_MZG8
2 mins 15 seconds (lap 65)
Bottas is out of reach, slow down, so he laps him... Bottas takes fastest lap costing max his bonus (150k), Verstappen then sets his fastest on lap 66 after he’s been told to slow down..not quite as quick as Valtteri.
