Surely MotoScootoGP would be a better fit?

Nguyễn Đình Thi is a bit narrow for a hotter Monaco?

Couldn't they simply start dividing F1 into divisions, like they do in almost all yank games. We'd have Asia/Pacific division and Europe/Americas division and the we could have play-offs at the end of the season. What a fking amazing show would that be.

The have talked about it - Americas, then Europe then Asia as 3 series within the calendar.

That'd be the beginning of the end, similar to what chase did with Nascar.

We'd finally get to find out if the theories are true, at least.

I think they dismissed it due to scheduling and the possible issue that in the Americas you would have 4 races (Canada, USA, Mexico, Brazil) but they may cannibalize fans from each other (esp Mexico/USA) and weather would be an issue for Canada early in the season.
