Trackside camera work
Discussion
Is it just me or is all the camera work really crap?
Watching Lewis' qualifying lap was sick-enducing because of the way the camera zooms in as fast as posible, jerky tracking and zoom out. there is no finesse. it's like the motorsport version of the Blair Witch Project. I hope it's just Australia, cos it it is like that all season its another reason not to watch.
I know why they do it - it's to make it look more dynamic and edgy. Like modern hollywood fight scenes (Taken 3 I'm looking at you). But F1 does NOT need any camera assistance to look fast.
Poor effort.
