As a spectator it was also one of the best years ever to watch F1- standing between Paddock and Druids was mesmerising. Clive James also is unimprovable and bless him , he's still hanging on - just.

Totally agree. Clive must have some spirit to still be hanging on. A real comical genius who should have more recognition as being a great.

Proper racing, classic. Love the sounds too and the overhead cam angle shows just how wide a track the cars ran back then.
