So being the jammy git, I've just been given a 3 day adult pass for this weekend..however i'm trying to get my head around pricing for kids.
On some pages it prices all under 15's at something insane and then on other pages it has cut off's..I sat in a phone queue for an age on Monday and never got through...anyone any ideas what it would cost for my 8 year old son?

Cheers
Bryn

Bryn,

Depends on your pass - is it General admission, or Grandstand seating?

General admission = £97.50
Check Silverstone prices here

Enjoy

It's a 3 day GA yes...the way i'm reading the site as because he's under 10 it's free? But yet there's no option to get a ticket?

Just tried this. Go to the Buy tickets page
Select the General admission ticket (which only includes Adult £195, Child (under 16) £97.50) option
Click Buy
On the next page you get to choose the ticket type - here you have three options, one for child under 11.
Once selected and updated the price = £0.00

I did not proceed any further than that.

But this may work for you (or it won't allow you to purchase a free child ticket without purchasing an adult ticket, in which case you'll need to ring them I imagine).

Hope this helps.

This seems rather complicated, rather like a lot of things that shouldn't be.

I sometimes used to ring up Silverstone Circuit, back in the 90's (I'm looking into the nostalgia-tinged distance as I write this) and actually speak to someone who'd happily tell me which F1 teams were testing, on the day, back in the days when people were encouraged to see the sport. No option 1, 2, 3 or 'Please Hold' nonsense.

Having seen, and met Senna, Alesi, Montoya, Hakkinen etc, sometimes with my daughter with me, the stark face of 'modern' F1 leaves me cold.

Have a good day though!

I wish I'd taken the nippers with me last weekend, there was plenty for them to do, I think they would've enjoyed it.
