Copse B seating in Silverstone

Hello, I bought a couple of tickets for Copse B corner to watch F1 GP next month. The tickets arrived indicating numbered seat on them. I thought that Copse is just a concrete terrace and people take folded chairs to watch the GP comfortably. Am I wrong, or have they installed seats?

You bought Grandstand tickets

There used to be Terrace tickets which where for a concrete hard standing in front of some stands but TBH Silverstone change things every year so really you need to ring and ask

Seemingly in error you have bought Grandstand tickets for the best corner on the circuit.

It's one of the old style scaffold grandstands without a cover, but it's still a great vantage point and a guaranteed seat so that someone can go and buy overpriced burgers without losing their spot.

Thanks for your replies. I wrote an email and got confirmation that it is indeed grand stand tickes.

Copse B grandstand is covered - well it used to be anyway, as that was always where I liked to buy a seat.

My personal opinion is that is is not quite as good there since they have moved the start line (so you don't get the first corner action there) and also the pits as it used to be nice to be opposite them, but it is still a great corner.

There also used to be one of the giant screens within view of there too, although it has been a few years since I have been, so no idea if that has changed or not.
