The former Ferrari chief designer is at Manor now with immediate effect. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/formula1/35322219

Probably too late to have much say on the basic 2016 car, but any updates should be decent.

Looks like Manor have secured the services of Pat Fry as engineering consultant.

Who else was at Ferrari in 2014?

One last silly season move for Fernando to go there as a step up from McLaren Honda? hehe

It doesn't add up to me. Lowden and Booth resigned because they didn't agree with the direction Fitzpatrick was taking the team. Would they really have resigned over what seem, on the face, of it, to be sensible hires. So was it the high price that would come with these hires? Did they feel that the money would be better spent on car development?

One can only assume that Wehrlein's signing must offset a large chunk of the £20m plus spend on engines?

Rumour was another large investor came along who would have dramatically increased budget but Fitzpatrick didn't want to share his new toy and turned it down.

Nothing official. Last i read was Mercedes weren't offering Manor enough money to take him.
The closest to a confirmation is Rio Haryanto who has backing from the Indonesian government to a total tune of 15 million Euros.
