It was Fernando. he has been clamouring to ride a Motogp bike for years. He is a very very good Motox & trials riders and has done race bike trackdays at a decent pace.

No serious suggestion about a move. Just a bit of publicty/fun.

Well, we nearly had a 37 year old MotoGP champion in 2016 didn't we? It will forever be remembered as the year that VR lost it

VR also tested the Ferrari F1 car a few times and there were a lot of rumors going round that he had been made a big money offer in the mid noughties to make the move to four wheels.
