Silverstone 2016 Prices

Now if only they had kept these prices all along I would never have stopped going. Looks like Silverstone are listening

Still do yourself a favour though... Don't book parking. Instead use these guys
Have to say I'm tempted for the Saturday at that price

A covered grandstand seat is £340. Unbelievable.
Couldn't you do Le Mans for that? Like, the whole two/three days?suffolk009 said:

From £249, no?Prices are far from cheap, but they don't seem markedly different from the last time I went to the British GP which must be a few years ago now. ie they've always been a rip off.
I've all but given up on F1 these days, partly because the costs simply aren't worth it any more. I started fanatically following the sport in the mid-80s. Attended the odd GP and ended up going to at least 2 a year for most of the 90s...interest petered away since then to the point I barely bother even watching it on TV.
I don't think anything is ever likely to compare to being a few feet from the track around Stavelot/Blanchimont at Spa when a Ferrari V12 came screaming out of the mist. Or even approaching the circuit and being able to feel the cars starting up from miles away.

Silverstone classic is coming up in a month or so, 3 day tickets are £114 (This includes historic F1 races and demos). I am not in the position to go to either but I know which I would choose
It also includes a concert by status quo, f1 have kaiser chiefs but is that included in your ticket?Oh no that's a extra £38.

I haven’t been to a British GP since it was at Brands but I still go to Spa very year - for a full weekend it’s much cheaper and more of an experience.
As above though the prices are mad compared to the full on joyfest that is Le Mans
