As above really, I am wondering whether or not to download this app. Is it good?

I stopped subscribing last year, it just went from good to not working at all.

I first used it last year and although I baulked at the 'Bernie tax' price hike this year I bought it again. For me it gives me the invaluable option of being able to sky + the races when i cant watch it live and then download the timings to watch the race 'live' on a delay with no compromises to my viewing (assuming successful media blackout).

I haven't had any problems or experienced any of the bugs reported, it has all the info I want; sector times, gaps, tyre usage, DRS, #pit stops etc and additional radio broadcasts compared to TV feed.

It's getting better - now about as reliable as it was last year before they 'improved it'. A few frustrating aspects though - on a phone, it shows about 6 cars per page, can't view commentary and placings, etc.
The biggest annoyance though is that they still haven't sorted the unified logins between App and website. That was supposed to be in place by the second race, but still isn't here. The support team for the app are very responsive on Twitter - unlike the official F1 twitter account which hasn't worked out that social media involvement usually requires responding to comments from followers.
