German Grand Prix 2015, where?

Decided for 15 to try the german gp, but they still have not released tickets yet nor confirmed location. Does anyone know why this is? Have been checking now for a couple of months and various searches will say both venues will be 'the' venue. But no explanation as to why tickets are not on sale still?

Can anyone shed any light on where it will be and why tickets are sol late going on sale?
