No idea. I missed it. But major points to any interviewer who directly asks who he told to f**k off...

Quite likely he was swearing at Piquet's behaviour during the interview.

This, I think it's be cause NP interviewed LH again at the end, sure it's normally the winner that gets to speak twice?

That's not good, if he went back to LH rather than Nico.

As Rosbergs dad had/has issues with pickwit's son I'm guessing it was aimed at pickwit. Lets be honest the bloke was an embarrassment to F1 this afternoon.

He is a Grade A bell-end. Always has been.

The podium was a shambles! I thought that he went back to Hamilton because he'd not asked him anything except where's his girlfriend!

Put yourself in NR's shoes.

You'd been asked relatively few questions about your race but the interviewer, who your dad doesn't like by the way, decides to chat up your championship leader and the local hero more.

Would you really be swearing out load in front of thousands of fans and possibly millions of TV viewers?

Saw it and immediately thought he said "Farkin Piquet", on Sky they also cut away top another cam as Piquet finished up the interview haven't seen the beebs show - I thought it was a mess up with the cams, but maybe Piquet said/did something (or just fell over, hiccupping)?

(also, did anyone see Suze in the background when they were interviewing Horner on Sky? She needs to get the beeb to buy some of the cams they use - she looked hawt! biggrin)

"fking barstool"

Was probably a reference to the trophy rather than anything else

Piquet has a history for commentating on driver's other halves. He was always very complimentary of Mrs Mansell biglaugh

Swearing when he thought no one was looking?

Aint that bad.

And if he called Piquet an F'ing B - he goes up in my books after that interview.

I think from interviews over the years all drivers have done something similar at one point. It happened quite a few times last season in particular, so much so that the interviewers mentioned for drivers not to do it at the start of interviews.

More to the point not the behaviour of a former world champ!

1. Walk on and ask the race winner and second in the championship standings with 317 points, maybe two quick questions.
2. Walk over to second place driver and first in the championship standings with 334 points, and make a really lecherous, drunk dirty uncle comment about his (according to Piquet former) girlfriend.
3. Walk over to the guy who came third and 8th in the championship with just 98 points, then take him over to a corner away from the first and second placed drivers and give him a veritable blow-job.

Personally I'm not suprised Lewis walked off and Rosberg stood there thinking WTF? before making his opinion clear as he left the podium.

The old system of driver interviews by the press corp used to work quite well, but many people did switch off in the delay between podium and interviews. This new system is even worse though. There have been a couple of competent people but many have been terrible. I thought last week's display in the US was poor but Piquet took the crown by miles!

Crikey! Must be some kind of magical cam.
